About Us
Our Mission, for the Glory of God, is to be the high school and college preparatory of choice. At Paradise Valley Christian Preparatory you will find a community of academic excellence where students of all levels are able to seek their potential. The focus is to prepare students for exemplary Christian citizenship to become servant leaders. We believe in partnering with parents in this pursuit.
Our objectives are five-fold:
- To provide a scholarly, Christ centered community instilling Biblical values by nurturing spiritual growth.
- Establish, assess, and achieve clear and measurable academic learning goals.
- Recruit, develop and retain quality, Christian, professional educators and staff.
- Foster parental involvement and effective communication.
- Model exemplary stewardship of our God-given resources.
In these ways we will partner with parents in the pursuit of preparing exemplary Christian citizens and servant leaders.
Our History
The spiritual and academic legacy of Paradise Valley Christian Preparatory is over 36 years old. The school began when founding parents, Robert and Barbara Fraley adopted a family of 6-orphaned children (in addition to their own children)who were members of their church. A few months after taking the children into their home they decided to send them to a Christian school, one with a wholesome, spiritual atmosphere. About a year later after enrolling the children in a Christian grade school, the school folded. A few parents, including the Fraley’s, rallied and founded

Our Future
As we look towards the future we must rely on God's plans. The spiritual focus of our mission remains steady and at the core of all decisions made "All for the glory of God." The educational focus continues to be driven by the improvement process we are always cycling through to examine how we can strengthen our programs even more. The school is currently in a phase of master planning. The vision for PVCP focuses on two phases of a master planned community that provides the physical structures to enhance our total school programs. Phase 1 included site development improvements, an educational 6 classroom building, Student Life Center/Gymnasium, and administration building. This Phase was completed in July of 2007. Phase 2 will provide for the remaining educational buildings.
